Completely reworked most of the UI internals
This changes how items are synchronized from server->client for all terminals, which should fix all “cannot take item X out of terminal” issues (i.e. #5083), and also significantly reduce the amount of data sent when a terminal is opened (and kept open). The reworked syncing should also fix #5199 (and related issues), where terminals could sometimes appear to be empty if the network contained items with very large NBT tags (i.e. bags of holding or similar).

This version is the first release based of the rebuild codebase. All features of the old code base have been touch in the per suite of making the mod more maintainable.
The core aim of this rebuild is to remove a lot of the code that implemented special features in 1.12 which were needed in these versions so that the game would properly run. With this rebuild it should be (hopefully) easier to maintain the mod in the future, while also making it easier to add new features in the first place.

READ BEFORE UPDATING:
Due to the new sentry modes, your sentries will not behave as in previous mod versions. Make sure to set them to the correct mode again, otherwise they will attack something you don’t want to be attacked! Do note, that due to an additional fix regarding the Sentry, Sentries placed above water, lava, or other liquids will be removed and dropped as an item!
Your SecurityCraft config will reset! This is because the mod’s configuration file has been split up into client and server configs, and some config options have been removed in favor of ingame per-block configuration (accessible by rightclicking the block with a Universal Block Modifier). Read the changelog below for details. If a configuration option is not mentioned, it has simply been moved to the server config. The server configuration can be found in the “serverconfig” folder within your world folder. The client configuration can still be found in the normal “config” folder. You can find your old configuration in the “config/securitycraft-common.toml” file.
