No Looking Back, Only Fuel Ahead
I don’t miss carbs. Not the way they weigh you down. Not the way they trick you into thinking “comfort” is found in a bread basket or boxed noodles. No, I’ve ditched that dusty road—and what I’ve found instead? Flavor-packed, guilt-free freedom on a fork.
Health Update:
I lost another pound (0.45 kg), and my blood sugar dipped into the 80s again with an 87 mg/dL reading. That’s 27 pounds (12.2 kg) shredded off since I started this journey. I’m down to 337 lbs (152.9 kg)—with only 37 pounds (16.8 kg) to go before I wave goodbye to the 300 club for good. This isn’t a diet. This is a declaration. Creativity is the weapon. Flavor is the reward. And carbs? They can stay back in the land of nap-inducing regret. Long live the fuel-forward lifestyle.
