🎮 Antivirus Survivors 2003: Retro Vibes or Just Broken? (Honest Review)

📝 Video Description

Is it a nostalgic trip back to the early 2000s, or is the UI just stuck in the past? Today we’re diving into Antivirus Survivors 2003 Professional Edition, a game that takes “retro” a bit too literally when it comes to the user interface.

I spent 30 minutes battling more than just the viruses. From a mouse that refuses to behave “as the digital gods intended” to a settings menu that’s currently a ghost town, this game has some serious onboarding hurdles to clear. While the dev claims the odd mouse behavior is to keep players from the “deep end,” most of us have been swimming in these waters since the 60s!

🚀 What we cover:
⚡ The frustrating “intentional” mouse limitations.
⚡ UI quirks: Escape buttons that restart instead of exiting.
⚡ The mystery of the empty Settings and Options menus.
⚡ Linux & Steam Deck Performance: It runs great on Proton 10 and GE-25+, though default compatibility might leave you hanging.
