Today in legacy.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/night-and-day-nad I realize that mobs set on fire by Burn in the Sun do seek water and shade. So that’s comforting, but it also means you can get some animal drops rather easily. But still, mob sunscreen turns your explorations into a daytime hellscape. I managed to get a backpack and decided to swap out the inventory sorting mods for one that was less obtuse in its natural use. Added some new mods after the session: classic pipes and comforts. Both should be enjoyable for early game tech.
