Maku is an incredibly low-priced indie title that shocked me with its value! I managed to pick it up for just 68 cents (a total steal!). Even at its normal price of $2.99, I’d highly recommend this game. If you enjoy rogue-lites with massive amounts of potential, you need to check this out. It’s surprisingly easy to get into and gets you into the action right away.

I was genuinely impressed by how much accomplishment I felt on my very first run. This game has fantastic bones.

• Amazing Value: I got this for only 68 cents, but it’s worth way more. Even at full price, it’s highly worth it.
• Quick Accomplishment: You feel a sense of progress immediately during your first few attempts.
• Lots of Mobs & Potential: There are tons of enemies to destroy, and the procedural levels show a lot of promise.
• Simple but Satisfying: It’s extremely easy to pick up and play.
• Minor Bugs, Big Heart: While there are a few very minor bugs, a quick restart fixes them easily. The game’s potential far outweighs its shortfalls.
